Eve Macarro, daughter of assassin Javier (Ruska Roma) and a Cultist, is orphaned when the Cult kills her mother and mortally wounds Javier while attempting to reclaim her. Eve escapes with help from Winston Scott and joins the Ruska Roma, training as a ballerina and assassin for 12 years. She meets John Wick, who urges her to abandon violence, but she continues on her path. After protecting a client and surviving an attack by a Cultist, Eve seeks revenge but is warned against it due to a truce.
Defying orders, Eve targets Cultist Daniel Pine in Prague but discovers he’s fleeing the Cult with his daughter, Ella. After the Cult attacks and kidnaps Ella, Eve tracks them to Hallstatt, a Cult-run town. She’s captured and learns that Cult leader Lena is her half-sister, and the Chancellor, their grandfather. Lena is killed during their escape. The Chancellor declares war, and the Ruska Roma send John Wick to kill Eve as a peace offering. John spares her, allowing time to kill the Chancellor.
Eve kills the Chancellor and rescues Ella, reuniting her with Pine. The Cult places a bounty on Eve, who learns of it while watching a ballet, and quietly leaves.
